PRICES

All Prices quoted are in Australian $ and are subject to 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. An overall minimum order amount of $300 applies (excluding GST and freight). Orders below the minimum amount will attract a $15 handling fee.

PAYMENT

Pre-payment is required for the first two orders. For subsequent orders, payment terms of 30 days net are available upon completion and approval of a credit application. Credit Card facilities are available for pre-payment and for accounts paid within 2 weeks of invoice date. Overdue accounts will attract interest at a rate of 2% per month.

FREIGHT CHARGES

Freight is charged at cost. Goods are delivered ex warehouse and the risk passes to the Purchaser ex warehouse. BeesKnees Imports Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for goods left by couriers without obtaining a signature.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval.

TITLE TO THE GOODS

The Goods shall remain the property of BeesKnees Imports Pty Ltd until full payment has been received. Where the Goods are on- sold in the course of the Purchasers business, proceeds of the sale remain the property of BeesKnees Imports Pty Ltd for the payment of outstanding moneys owed by the Purchaser.
